Abhay Kumar is CEO and Founder of Foster Digital Technology Private Limited, Which developes Travel Technolgy under the Brand of TravelMartSolution and Foster Digital Technology. Abhay started TravelMartSolution and has bootstrapped the business and technology aspects of the portal ever since starting. In these years, under Abhay's leadership and with the help of his technological and business acumen - TravelMartSolution established itself as a self-sustaining Travel Business Solutions provider and online travel portal to reckon with.
A Graduate in Engineering & Management, Post-Graduate in Management from IIM with 25+ years of rich experience in Marketing, Business Development, Tendering/ Bidding/ Estimation, Contract Management, Project Management, Project Co-ordination, Project Execution, Technical Support, O&M Marketing and Team Management, Abhay wanted to break from the traditional family profession of Govt. Service and wanted to be an enterprenuer. So, Abhay started his business career in 2013 and took the entrepreneurial leap by establishing Foster Group. .
Abhay finally pursued his life-long passion for travel as a business, by establishing TravelMartSolution & subsequently MyTripsTo.

Abhay foresaw back in 2014 that technology will play an important role in the future of the travel business. Therefore, he went ahead and set up in-house technology arm within travelmartsolution.com rather than outsourcing the technology. He built a robust IT team from the ground-up, developing various innovative modules for the site and a robust CRM solution.

Pallavi is working with Foster Digital Technology Private Limited as Incharge for Technology and process. Being an IT professional and having experience in technology development for travel companies, she is responsible for creating and establishing the software services, web services, web applications, offline/Online back panels, Client Communication and managing operations. She has also experience in the field of Web Development & Services along with a healthy expertise in IT support in dynamic travel industry.

She is software engineer and has done tremendous job by managing several software team for big clients of the company. She is known for her great technology & analytical skills and innovative ideas. She also assisted in the coordination of in-house technical and field support, quality assurance and software development.

She holds B.Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering from Rajasthan College of Engineering for Women, Jaipur - India, Certificate in Digital Marketing and in Hardware & Networking. Being a technology-lover, She loves to immerse with new gadgets. In his leisure time, she also pursues her passions of travelling and book reading.

Trapta Srivastava is Head - HR Strategy and Operations of Foster Digital Technology Private Limited - India's latest, most interactive and fastest growing online travel technology & portal solutions. TravelMartSolution is on its path to becoming one of the leading travel technology solutions, deals portal in India and the globe. Trapta heads the entire Human Resources Operations and Strategy wing of Foster Group. Prior to joining Foster Digital Technology, she was working in teaching field and has about 10 yrs of teaching exp. for upto Vth Class students.
Now, as a part of the Foster Group - as the Team Lead. Recruitment and quickly worked her way up to become the National Head - Recruitment for both in IT and non-IT verticals. Skill Point under his leadership not only expanded its footprint in Delhi but Lucknow Branch also. On the establishment of Foster Digital Technology Private Limited - Trapta developed the organisation & became one of the first few members of the core team and was initially responsible for a plethora of departments - from entire recruitment to administration to operations. As Head of Human Resources Strategy and Operations, a key component of Trapta's role will be devising strategy and processes and overseeing their implementation - apart from meeting the organisational human resource goals and requirements.

She is Post Graduate in Sociology from Kanpur University. In her leisure time, She pursues her passions of travelling and cooking. She is process of establising Online reatil store under the Brand of "Kitchen Pitara" to feed the Good quality of Kitchen & Food items and the products at lower price to our esteemed customers.
